Manage overall procurement and warehousing for all projects.Set up Supply Chain project team and Material Warehousing for ICHTHYS LER/LIR Modular Project Bechtel LNG Projects, Ventech and Lycopodium Agbaou Gold Mining Project. Prepare procurement procedures and material warehousing standards to cater project requirements and ensure proper implementation.Control project budget costing.Assist to develop the existing company ORACLE System and procedures.

Manage and handle the overall procurement work activities and perform technical evaluation for Electrical, Instruments, Mechanical/Piping, Civil/Structural, Fire and Safety Equipment. Coordinate, monitor and expedite Vendor delivery schedule prior for delivery and installation at site.Review technical documents and Visit Vendor premises/Witness Testing and Inspection especially for major critical equipment and materials like Steel Materials, Pressure Vessels, Flare and Ignition Panel, Actuated Valves, HIPPS Valves, MOV’s, Local Control Panel, WHCP, Larger size Valves, Skid Package Equipment, Flow Computer, Inergen System, Gas Detection System, Telecommunication System, HVAC, Wellhead Control Panel, Hydraulic Power Unit, PCS/ECS, ESD, DCS and other Automation and major equipment critical to site fabrication and hook-ups. Review and preparation of all submittal required Vendor documentation prior to Fabrication, FAT, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning at site in accordance to project requirements. Consultation and decision making with regards to procurement, offshore hook-up/installation and project construction interface.Management and implement system for overall procurement for every project such as proper documentation, scheduling, project coordination for all activities that will result to better execution of each project team task. Duties also include arrangement with Shipping Agents, International Freight forwarders for the importation of project materials and equipment.Assist the preparation of legal importation of goods documents such as Master List for every assigned project. Attend testing/ inspection (Factory Acceptance Test) of every procured major equipments.Prepare change order request propose to client for approval due to changes of project scope for engineering, procurement and fabrication.Preparation of Bid Estimates which having Tender for various Oil & Gas, Modular and FPSO Projects participated. Project Budget estimating and scheduling.

Provide strategic implementation concerning the company business plan & strategic project implementation improvement.Create new business plan approach on formation toward business competition in the market.Review technical and commercial proposal before submission to client.

Review/Check and coordinate engineering drawings and documents before submission to client for approval. Prepare TQ’s (Technical Query) for any recommendation/proposal and discrepancies within client specification issued for acceptance and approval.Review Vendor Technical Evaluation for client approval. Rendered consultation/advise with regards to projects problem solving for engineering, site construction, pre-commissioning and work completion prior to project scheduling. Coordinate with Client in particular with regards to project status and execution, attend regularly engineering meeting, procurement meeting and site weekly meeting. Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for submission to client.Coordination and control of Engineering deliverables.Set-up procedures and lead the E/I site fabrication team and precom/commisioning team for onshore/offshore works.

Manage and handle the engineering, evaluation, procurement, fabrication, site installation of Hydraulic Power Unit, HVAC (Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Equipment for the North Control Building at TOTAL TUNU FIELD Facilities. Coordinate/Supervise the construction of blast proof control building. Coordinate with Client in particular with regards to project status and execution, attend regularly engineering meeting, procurement meeting and site weekly meeting. Also prepare weekly and monthly reports for submission to client.Rendered consultation/advise with regards to projects problem solving for engineering, site construction, pre-commissioning and work completion prior to project scheduling. Perform and assist the engineering work force in the preparation of detail engineering and handle the overall procurement works for Instruments, Electrical, piping, structural and other critical mechanical equipment, material control, and monitoring prior for delivery and installation at site.Report directly to Project Manager and act for the position during the absence of Project Manager in TOTAL Tunu 8 project.
