My role involves managing a social media marketing training program that prioritises inclusivity andeffective learning strategies for persons with disabilities. I execute outreach activities and conductmandatory workshops to engage diverse learners, facilitating their onboarding process with the support of job coaches and caregivers. Throughout the program, I provide ongoing support to learners and trainers, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience while maintaining communication with stakeholders to address learner needs. I also organize soft skills and career preparation training sessions and oversee a Demo Day to showcase learners' achievements. In the final phase, I focus on identifying process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness for future implementations.

Facilitate and coordinate the artistic production and planning of The Purple Symphony’s performances and production.:Coordinate the required repertoire of each performance / production. Liaison of suitable arrangers and composers and coordinate the production of scores.Facilitate proposed instrumentation for TPS Ensembles, by taking into consideration the required repertoire and artistic direction of each performance / production.Coordinate audio and visual production matters for Music Video productions.

Lead instructor of the String Section for the largest inclusive orchestra Singapore. Organise and facilitate rehearsals and training programmes for autistic musicians and musicians with special needs.
