As the Assistant Human Resources Manager, I serve as the human capital expert and am responsible for all aspects of assessing individual learning needs and analysis using a comprehensive learning records systems and training reports.Key contributions in this role: ● Streamlined the learning framework processes, and introduced a communication and trust programme to improve sea-shore partnership leading to enhanced productivity and collaboration.● Established stakeholder collaboration among local tertiary education institutions to provide high-level internship, management trainee programmes, and career opportunities throughout the company.

During my time as Learning and Development Manager, I served as lead project controller to identify, create, and model advanced learning and development programmes. This led to the achievement of business objectives, including implementation of SCORE leadership framework with business units. Key contributions in this role: ● Spearheaded the development of specialized programme to train cybersecurity professionals.● Identified and tracked gaps in the YourVoice Survey to uncover key drivers for employee engagement and improve performance across the company.● Reviewed effectiveness of existing development programmes and schemes, and enhanced training initiatives and tools through leadership competent ices framework and behavioural expectations for core values.

I worked to modernize learning and development roles and administer orientation to new hires while serving as the Executive Human Resource Manager. Additionally, I actively managed staff development programmes such as attachment and outreach efforts.Key contributions in this role: ● Collaborated with Leaders of Line business units to identify learning needs and direct programmes to address functional core competencies for critical job roles.● Led the implementation of Learning Organisation’s Systems Thinking model to deliver a shift in culture from personal excellence to group excellence.
