This role has equipped me with an abundance of transferable skills including teamwork, communication, problem-solving etc.Responsibilities include:- Communicating with colleagues in English and Chinese - Maintaining stock levels and replenishing goods as required- Operating deep fryer and food well- Packing orders in the kitchen whilst maintaining a hygienic workstation- Effectively organising delivery routes and collecting payments from drivers- Resolving transaction disputes with customers- Assist with the business' finances

Responsibilities include:- Providing a high quality of customer service whilst working in a high-pressured environment- Preparing orders upon request in addition to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards- Acting as the first point of contact with customers by greeting and serving them- Operating POS to record customers' orders and collecting their payments- Training new employees - Monitoring stock levels and restocking supplies as required- Answering customers queries efficiently
