    Working in a team of 8 people on a project to restore from visual loss after retinopathy using acetylcholine.- Developed and designed the novel methodology to induce acetylcholine release during visual stimulation in an awake rat.: The treatment facilitates perceptual learning in the subject and increases visual perception.- Developed the behavioral task to measure visual discrimination capacity in a water maze.: Modified from previous method (Prusky’s water maze) to use with different orientation after electrode implantation.- Developed the electrophysiological method to measure brain response and visual acuity- Developed and programmed Matlab to analyze electrophysiological result and perform time-frequency analysis.: The program was used to measure brain signal amplitude, latency and perform fast-Fourier transformation as well as short-time Fourier transformation analysis.
