Now trying to challenge BIM to Field Solution using Robotic Total Station to layout points from BIM and back to BIM As-Constructed.Having experienced most of BIM workflow and data flow management practice, the level of understanding in As-Constructed, As-Built, and As-Maintained condition of BIM have been applied to Owner approach in BIM. Proving real benefit of BIM & IT for A/E/C industry does not happen in short. And found out that if we did not have "End in Mind" concrete images to share, most of issues in implementing new technology like BIM would not be taken an advantage of well.
