Manage the NPI from evaluation phase, RFQ, quotation, project confirmed, purchasing, FPQ and delivery to customer, the whole execution phase. Be responsible and participate one project’s RFQ and quotation.Totally finished 4 NPIs FPQ and one project transfer from EU. Achieved 100% on time delivery within the cost, laying the good foundation for subsequent mass production.❑ 2nd rotation - Lean SpecialistAs a lean engineer in LM wind power for 8 months. Responsible for implement material JIT (Just in time) project. Material information flow optimization. workshop layout optimization.1. Lead the project team to achieve material JIT in pilot molding line, saving space and inventory in workshop. Guarantee to produce larger blade in a limited workshop space. Realized one of support of TPS, laying the foundation for improvement of the entire company's lean level.2. Responsible for material information flow optimization, improve communication efficiency between warehouse and production team, and reduce material (replacement) waiting time.3. Responsible for and participate in the optimization of workshop layout, according to production plan, using the lean principles like 7ways and 3P, set up the overall production line layout, combined material JIT principle, layout material placement order and reasonable material sending channel. 4. Lead/co-lead lean activates to drive brilliant factory showcase model line improvement.❑ 3rd rotation – SQE EngineerWorking in GE hydro China Co. Ltd. as an SQE engineer for 8 months (to end of February in 2020). Responsible for B&C parts (standard fastener) quality issues, optimize and develop management processes and methods to improve supplier quality performance.
