While social media content creation remains a significant part of our client work at Dolphin, I've expanded my responsibilities to encompass offline campaign management, below-the-line strategies, and the development of storyboards and key visuals.In the span of a few years, Dolphin has undergone substantial growth, transitioning from a home-based operation to a thriving small to medium-sized agency. I've had the opportunity to contribute to this growth by collaborating closely with a team of junior designers, account executives, and other professionals. At Dolphin, we're committed to staying at the forefront of our industry by continually exploring and integrating cutting-edge technologies. This includes harnessing AI to generate creative art, utilize AI for photo correction and image upscaling, chatgpt to improve the copies and so on.Our portfolio boasts collaboration with prominent brands such as Kia, Perodua, Goodyear, L'Oréal, Domino, Campbell Malaysia, and many others. It's a testament to Dolphin's growing reputation in the industry and our ability to provide high-quality services to major clients.

Spiral Vibe, a subsidiary of the renowned digital agency, Innity, approached me with an enticing offer for a multimedia design position, which I eagerly accepted. While my responsibilities still encompassed web design, my role expanded to include the dynamic realms of social media content creation and campaign management, as well as digital advertising campaigns. These domains constituted the core business focus of Innity.Working in this vibrant environment provided me with the opportunity to collaborate with a large and dedicated team of colleagues. Together, we tackled challenging projects, often working tirelessly day and night to meet deadlines. Beyond the workplace, I cherished the camaraderie that extended into our lives outside of work. My experience at Innity, in conjunction with Spiral Vibe, stands out as the most rewarding chapter in my professional journey.

Despite holding a degree in Graphic Design, I harbored a profound fascination for the field of web design. Motivated by this passion, I embraced the challenge of pursuing a web designer position at a reputable web agency. I embarked on this journey with no prior experience in web development, but a strong determination to learn and grow.From the ground up, I immersed myself in the fundamentals of web development, mastering HTML, CSS, Java, and jQuery. This period marked the most engaging and enjoyable phase of my professional career. I attribute much of my success during this time to the guidance and mentorship of experienced senior colleagues who patiently helped me overcome various challenges.Even after parting ways with the web agency, my enthusiasm for web design has endured. I continue to expand my web knowledge through part-time endeavors, honing my skills in building WordPress websites, managing domains, and staying current with industry trends.
