WLP Technician  To ensure all machine utilization and provided solutions to all major machine breakdowns and prevent schedule slippage due to equipment downtime. To improved equipment performance thru equipment rehab and part modification. Electro-mechanical root causes troubleshooting and repair of all semiconductor process equipment. Work with process engineers to understand process-equipment interactions and limitations relative to operating specs. Assist in developing and performing preventive and predictive maintenance of all semiconductor process equipment as needed as well as implementing modifications and upgrades to improve tool performance. Assist in equipment installations by plumbing utilities such as power water, drain etc. Operate process equipment as needed to support production deadlines. To reduce all machine downtime.
