 Manage daily specialty additives technical actives from lab experiment to plant trial in customer site.  Lead to develop new products and applications based on customers’ demand and potential market. Innovate and expand A-C wax as lubricant and surface rheology treatment in PVC and engineer plastic, wood, coating, paper and ink industry. Build up new platform in High Technology center to develop markets in high growth regions. Work with market team to build up the strong pipeline to optimize the new growth platform. Create and build asphalt testing platform and develop new materials to service asphalt paving and roofing industry

 Develop new customers and design tailor made service for each customer. Enhance branding activities to support sales growth. Responsible for copywriting, press release and newsletter writing. Handle production of marketing collateral's, PR materials and POS. Drive AC wax application as processing aids in engineer plastic & polyolefin and solve customers’ issues in manufacture processing. Customize processing parameter and optimize process on line to utilize AC wax application. Introduce micronized PE wax application in enhance color dispersion in PE thin film, PP and PET fiber. Set up local micronized wax experiment line and produce new micronized wax product to meet local customers’ needs. Develop new applications to enhance EAA wax to penetrate engineer plastic compounding process. Support technically for local source afterglow pigment and qualified the local afterglow products from technology and production.
