-From design conception through prototypes to mass production, working direct with line builders and factories, checking all prototypes details related, shoes, lasts, toe caps, outsoles, molding, new materials, CSA standard, making necessary corrections, providing technical support, making trial and adjustments for production, and having large experience of approving paper pattern making.-Managing a team of staff dealing with all issues relating to performance.
