As the warehouse supervisor I schedule warehouse daily work and supervise warehouse staffs. I coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and logistics at daily basis. I prepare paperwork for all shipment, and record stock movement and deliveries in excel file. I am the IT "expert" at our organization, I maintain company server, install new software, troubleshoot software and hardware issues and provide solutions. I also enjoy designing and developing our company's Database Driven Inventory Management website at my own spare time.

Helped Department of Language of University of Michigan to create web-based rich media language learning environment for Chinese pronunciation and tones featuring audio, video, interactive exercise, student recording and feedback capabilities. Flash, HTML and JavaScript were used to develop this web application.

Analyzed and tested a wide variety of applications written in C, C++, Java and Perl under Windows and Unix environment. Wrote Use Cases scenario and system requirements specification. Analyzed and created test procedures, test cases, and test scripts for software system level test and unit (components) level test to ensure that software are developed in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Developed embedded operating system using C, PLC and Basic languages.
