Role as CVAM BU head acting:- Organize and drive the growth of Commercial Vehicle business (annual revenue more than 10 million RMB)- Organize and drive the growth of IAM business (annual revenue more than 40 million RMB)- BU team management- BU administrative managementRole as OES Segment head:- P&L of OES business within plant- KPI of sales expanding, EBIT, net working capital, trend accuracy, HC productivity and NCC, etc.- Operation of production lines for specific product categories- Price up and last time buy negotiation with OE customer- Decision of localization concept, PCN, PTN and all time buy of material- OES process implementation and service parts long-term delivery after EOP- Product portfolio management of service parts
