 Ensure smooth and timely closing of the month end process Prepare and review monthly financial reports for internal reporting and US GAAP reporting Prepare analysis and forecasts and ensure that all reporting packages are completed accurately  Prepare and review audit and tax schedules Ensure that interco billings are accurate and appropriately taken.

 Perform monthly and quarterly analyses and forecasts. Prepare financial reports to cater to the various business directors. Prepare monthly commentaries on the various businesses’ performance and highlight any unusual items. Investigate large variances for Profit and loss items. Monitor monthly AR ageing reports to ensure that payments are received.

• ASL Marine Ltd (Coal mining division)SGX-listed company with divisions in shipbuilding, ship chartering and coal-mining. The coal mining division lies under my responsibility, comprising 4 companies that require to be.
• Jadason Enterprises Ltd SGX-listed company distributing equipment and supplies to the printed circuit board and semiconductor industries in Asia. Audit is conducted in Singapore, China and Hongkong, where I liaise.
