About Jun Meng
I’m an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Washington State University. My research is focused on understanding the sources, spatial distributions, chemical compositions, and health effects of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and air toxics (e.g. Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs)). I am passionate about learning new topics, such as the global carbon cycle, clean energy, and natural climate solutions. I hope I can implement the knowledge from my previous studies and build on my professional experience to gain advanced insights into human health, the economy, and society.
