- Lead a team (4 merchandisers) to drive daily activities from development stage to production. - Report directly to vice director about material status weekly. - Closely monitor WIP, shipment booking, shipment closing, and escalate potential delivery issues to Buyer cross functional teams. - Partner with factories to investigate quality issues and testing failures with the ability to recommend a solution to management - Educate vendors on quality standards, packaging information, and production issues and drive vendor management and performance - Work closely with Hong Kong sourcing, providing regular updates on in country production and profit. - Work closely with Hong Kong MIS to develop ERP system. - Support technical design team in USA through communicating changes in Tech pack, BOM, from Fit to Top sample. - Manage sample quality for pre-production and top and submit to Buyer. - Maintain accurate and timely records in the system, e.g. ensure WIP is completed. - Training and coach merchandisers to improve knowledge. - Work closely with supplier about capacity material and order booking.- Follow up Bulk material arrival on time and material quality.- Sourcing material and negotiate the price, lead time, MOQ...- Costing analysis to make sure the profit margins are maintained. Understand about the CIF for regions, wastage for trim and fab, SMV, GSD, CMT, forecast...to do cost sheets.- Working with Sampling, Technical, Production Team to resolve Bulk technical challenges during PD stage. - Monitoring On time Bulk Shipments.

- Handling Garment from Development to Production for Adidas, Reebok, Alo Yoga Brand, with many kinds of garment such as: shirt, T-shirt, legging, tank, jacket, down jacket, short, bra, undies…1. Development:* Work closely with my colleague in Taipei and Vietnam to develop new material.* Contact directly with customer about workmanship, measurement, material if there are any issue.* Based on Teck Pack to create BOM on PLM, do the sketch and release document for all department to follow. * Tracking material arrival and coming back to suppliers if materials have issue.* Consider about garment lead time base on: material lead time + transit + production time. * Translate sketches for factory to follow, and work closely with them to make sure the samples are qualitative and can be shipped to customer on time.* Closely work with QMS to know about the sample quality and check with technical team to improve in next stages.* Update comments on PLM after sample shipment.* Knowledge about threads: Epic, Astra, Surfilor, Eloflex…* Work with suppliers about the information sheet of material such as: width, weight, price, lead time, MOQ, MCQ…* Work with customer about care instruction* Control all testing before transferring to production: MD test, A01 test, SGS test, inhouse test...2. Costing:* Make cost sheets and submit to client: understand about the CIF for regions, wastage for trim and fab, SMV, GSD, CMT, forecast...to do cost sheets.* Submit Costsheet on PLM.3. Bulk production:* Finish system for purchaser in Taipei to follow to purchase Bulk Material. Follow up with purchaser about Delivery Date, surcharge, Dyeing surcharge, MOQ, MCQ.* Work closely with purchasers in Taipei for Bulk orders. Shoulder all responsibilities about all information in system to them refer to follow.* Control WIP and report to customer before production shipment.4. Handling MaterialWork with US Raw Materials Team for seasonal raw material sourcing and development.
