Duties and Responsibilities:• Logistics & Procurement KPI Reporting (Spend Analysis, Payment Terms (DPO), ABC and Inventory analysis• Freight bills auditing and authorization & procurement system/tools management• E-sourcing / RFQ for Equipment and other Indirect Materials (Ariba system)• Supplier Contract Management – negotiation, creation of templates and system upload (Emptoris System)• Payment terms negotiation with Suppliers• Trade and Environmental Compliance (Europe REACH, NAFTA & COO)• Oracle System transition support – Super-UserMilestones:1. Supported system transition and deployment of Oracle system for KNAACK Emerson’s Division2. Supported the$1.25 million cost savings for 2010 by conducting Electronic-Sourcing (Bidding)
