• Developed a prototype of surveillance for mobile billing service; my prototype includes Windows phone surveillance app, SQL-Azure surveillance data collector and surveillance history query/presenter MVC web application; I finished the prototype in ten weeks without prior experience of C#;• Detected issues in billing service deployed in simulation environment using my surveillance prototype;• Performed two presentations on the strength and limitation of my programs with positive feedback

• Designed, implemented, and tested multiple native cellphone applications: main module (startup&shutdown, idlescreen), contact, settings (Qualcomm and Infineon sdk); maintained messaging, camera applications, which runs on more than 200, 000 sold cellphones in around 12 countries;• Supervised a group to issue cellphone software releases for maintenance;• Organized a cross-product team to review production source programs; proactively fixed bugs in contacts that shortens the initialization time from more than one minute to twenty

Developed a application for a customized healthcare mobile handset; the application reports GPS position of a device to a data center through messaging and handle commands from data center for data measurement (e.g., tempareatur, height).
