Working on Azure cloud group, lead the development team working on various Azure services.Current I am leading an engineer group focusing on bring the most widely adopted open source database server MySQL to Microsoft Azure platform. I started this team from scratch via defining the product direction, technology strategy and engineering practice. The service is GA in China and preview on global Azure and gain more and more customer daemon on it.

Work with the customers in England, India and China to understand the market and industry. Successfully deliver the qualify HPC products from V1 to V3. We just released the beta product last month which supports running HPC in Azure. Develop the highly scale web render engine release ASP.NET webform. The site is get top 10 ASP.NET site in the year we release 2004. It saved million dollars every year by reduce the host s due to the performance gain.
