Area Technical Service Manager Hempel Indonesia
- Based in BEKASI (Main Office and Factory) but covers the entire country of INDONESIA including the two (2) branch offices in SURABAYA, East Java and BALIKPAPAN, Kalimantan. Reporting directly to the Technical Service.
- Manages all Technical Services staff and personnel under functional leverage with all managers. Covers all market segments Protective and Marine including all sub-segments, such as Wind Towers, Oil and Gas, Power.
- Create and conducts technical trainings and presentations of both internal and external staffs and customers. Involves in the marketing launching of new products.
- Directly coordinate with both corporate and regional Technical Service, Service Academy and R & D Centre in the development of new products including evaluation and review of its market potential.
- Responsible for the development and enhancement of technical proficiencies through trainings (e.g. as coordinator and aligned & structured within the corporate global policies, strategies and objectives).
- Responsible and performs overall managerial functions (e.g. under the company’s function management system) such as budgeting & finance, hiring and training, fixed expenses, technical services, and other related.
