Internship Project: MAX Diagnostics Box (HMI)• Spearheaded full stack software development of the HMI by hosting a local dashboard for data visualisation and developed a backend API server to fetch JSON data via local mongoDB database.• Refined design and manufacture capability using Fusion 360 for component design, and achieved in house manufacture via Cura and 3D printing, resulting a fast and cheap development process.• Enhanced CAN communication knowledge by configuring DBC files, inverter control, and fault analysis.

As a core team member, I am responsible for organising tech events such as hackathons, code jams, and tech talks for students to be involved in technology development and provide the opportunity to know more about Google.

The position sits in the Measurement and Analysis Capability (MAC) Group, part of the RDD department in Dyson.Internship Project: Bristle Trimming Rig Upgrade• Honed professional project management skills with Atlassian agile tools in software development and project documentation, leading to smooth and successful project delivery within 3 months.• Spearheaded full-stack software development from scratch using LabVIEW by producing modular and sustainable codes for an automated test rig.• Refined high-quality CAD skills by designing mechanical parts via NX12 to improve the compatibility of new products on test rigs aligned with high-quality product life-cycle management.• Equipped with industrial technical skills such as robust design and capability, FMEA, GR&R study, data acquisition and electrical circuit analysis to produce a reliable trimming rig with 0.1 mm accuracy.• Developed cross-team communication skills by having discussions and presentations with stakeholders and product development teams across the globe to interpret solutions and results with data analysis.

• As an engineer of the best EV newcomer team in Formula Student 2022, I contributed to this success by providing accurate CAD designs of the dashboard, and brake pedal and being involved in testing to provide the best driving experience for the driver. • Raised the steering rack cover's structural strength and safety factor by 32% from the previous design using SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS for structural simulation.

• Rocketed the profit of the company by 20% by spearheading the creation of a new curriculum (PROBO 4) aimed at introducing elementary and primary students to mechanical theories, practical robot building, and the GULC programming software through intensive research and collaborative work with the team.• Won over 100 awards for the team and company via designing winning robots for prestigious competitions, including the 1 kg National Champion Sumo Robot, the WRO best football robot, and the IYRC World Champion multi-task robots using SOLIDWORKS, LTSpice, Arduino, and MATLAB.
