As CTO of OSP, I dedicated to using smart technology to help job seeker (in security industry) find good job. In management, I made IT guideline and policy, monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance, discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage. I assisted the company attain the Data Protection Trustmark Certification of IMDA in 2021.Technology, I redesign the whole system architecture (integrate HR portal and LMS), updated RESTful API and SMS gateway. Using machine learning to understand job seeker and employer's behaviours and improve recommendation mechanism.From 2022, I focused on data collection (ETL), modeling and analysis, using Tableau to generate report for business decisions. So far we can give helpful advice to security employer base this model.

I lead a small team to develop the OSP apps for both job seekers and employers. It was very successful, the registered job seekers have grown from 7,000 to 27,000 and more than 15,000 job seekers installed app. Meanwhile, subscribed employers have grown from 20 to 50.Technology, I mainly use Java/Spring MVC for backend development, use CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap,Kendo UI for front-end development; I also in charge database design and administration, includes building backup/restore/replication strategy. All the backend application and database are deployed in AWS.As request, I setup OSP E-learning platform using Moodle, from 2019 to now, totally served for more than 2000 learners of 20 companies already.

Leaded a small team on OPM (Order Progression Metrics) project. Handled a Data Warehouse environment for internal client.
