As CTO of OSP, I dedicated to using smart technology to help job seeker (in security industry) find good job. In management, I made IT guideline and policy, monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance, discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage. I assisted the company attain the Data Protection Trustmark.

I lead a small team to develop the OSP apps for both job seekers and employers. It was very successful, the registered job seekers have grown from 7,000 to 27,000 and more than 15,000 job seekers installed app. Meanwhile, subscribed employers have grown from 20 to 50.Technology, I mainly use Java/Spring MVC for backend development, use CSS, Javascript.

• Leaded a small team on OPM (Order Progression Metrics) project. Handled a Data Warehouse environment for internal client. Remote companywide ETL which introduced the following improvements:
• Near real-time reporting data as opposed to 24-hour old data, depending on client.
