Monitored post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptom levels for 172 subjects over 30 days. Implemented an R program which generated symptom networks showing the partial correlations among the PTSD symptoms for each day. Analyzed the temporal stability of the correlations among PTSD symptoms by fitting linear gaussian models to the correlations over time using PyTorch. Visualized the models as confidence interval bands and observed that the correlations are stable for PTSD patients and unstable for control group.
