Talent Development1) Based on different job functions and levels, establishes annual in-house employee training program that addresses the company's training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation and onboarding, management development and the measurement of training impact.2) Develops and monitors the spending of the company’s training budget.Talent Acquisition1) Initiates and manages the recruitment process for different levels of employees and interns using active sourcing techniques and other procedures necessary to recruit most competent and capable candidates.2) Prepares the headcount budget planning for all business units and divisions.3) Conducts the recruiting planning meetings when needed candidate is identified.4) Reviews the resumes for all job candidates and interviews candidates for employment.
