Employer Branding：•Make budget and branding plan in line with global strategy•Initiate and implement social media campaign based on internal recruiting/branding needs•Partner with other functions(PR/Marketing) to carry out content with employer branding•Manage vendors to deliver event proposals and social media content(WeChat articles, posters, H5, videos,etc)•Support global EVP project and lead localization plan in China•Analyze monthly reports and reports for certain campaigns to understand Wechat performance and find out better promotion methods and styles•Generate part of the videos,posters,articles on social media platform•Other employer branding related admin workCampus Project:•Make budget plan and activation plan for campus project;•Lead branding and promotion for campus hiring;•Analyze campus branding and recruiting data and generate campus project report;Recruitment Channel Management:•Communicate with vendors like 51job, liepin, lagou,etc to ensure the smoothly using for recruiters and part of RPOs •Analyze quarterly report of each job boards to better study performance of each channel so as to provide suggestions for recruiters •Communicate with local HRMS vendors to optimize and customize functions

Employer Branding:•Assit to create Wechat platform and communicate with vendors to confirm Wechat display • Propose promotion ideas, write and editing Wechat articles•Communicate with colleagues from PR and MKT team for materials and resources needed•Design online and offline promotional materials•Write and translate internal communication lettersOther HR-Related Affairs:•Make exit survey and analyze report•Screening CVs for certain junior positions •Translate and update manuals like vocation management handbook, employee handbook and performance review list
