-Creat complex consumer financial products trading mode and products program, which focus on providing financial services for installment payment of cell phones and autos.-Develop prototypes in Microsoft Excel, conduct statistical analyses, and evaluate large data sets.-Ensure reporting and interface with Managing Director.-Coach and develop the project team, both externally and internally - Participate to the preparation and conduct client presentations - Ensure the medium/ long-term maintenance of client relationships.-Work closely with the financial leasing system development team, other back office and IT colleagues, to develop and implement a consumer financial management system to improve the productivity and ensure security of our customers and contracts information.-Member of financial projects review meeting
