Current•Deploy, maintain, and monitor FIX connections between the Company and other financial institutions who are our liquidity provider or liquidity taker•Develop and maintain organizational platforms and system functioning including Meta Trader, Bank Integrations, Web Logic Clusters, and Oracle Databases•Deploy and manage Metatrader4/5 White Labels for clients, communicate between clients and Metaquote to facilitate the white label creation and audit•Manage internal user accounts with Oracle Database, create, update and remove internal user accounts and their corresponding access rights to different system applications like back office, broker portal and price checker. •Provide timely and effective resolutions regarding trading and technologies issues or requests from clients, such as investigating and analyzing trade system issues on Metatrader4/5 and Linux system, auditing/creating trading accounts, managers, groups, etc. •Analyze trading statistics, communicate with dealing desk, generate data report requested by other departments, and update clients and product information using SQL on Oracle Database•Handle trading product configurations including FX, Index, Metals, Cryptos, Single-Stocks’s order type, markup, commissions, margin calculation, trading time, daily rollover and other symbol details•Operate internal support ticket system based on JIRA, and external support ticket system based on Salesforce, determine issue, resolve and communicate to internal reporter or external customers•Provide trading support by using Nagios and JMXMon on both Windows OS and Linux system, covering trading platforms, data centers, FIX connections and bridge connections between MT4/5 and liquidity providers/Banks, response when issues arise, solve Linux and windows based system issues and communicate with team members.
