The development and design of the frame of the latest lightweight, solderless, hydraulic riveted frame;3. Responsible for the terminal tractor hydraulic system design, such as hydraulic schematic diagram, pipeline connection diagram, steering system, cab tilt system, suspension system and elevating system of the fifth wheel. The selection and calculation of hydraulic pump, PTO, lift motor, parachute valve, cylinder, etc.;4. Responsible for the pneumatic system design, such as pneumatic schematic diagram, pipeline connection diagram, split braking system, common braking system, ABS system, air cab suspension system, air intake system of engine, The selection and calculation of engine air compressor, dryer oil-water separation, relief valve, drain valve, etc.5. Responsible for the design and development of front axle and steering system, such as the new generation of lightweight, slipper and self-lubricating spring steel plate suspension system;6. The design and development of suspension system, such as the gas-liquid mixed suspension system of the cab, and the hydraulic suspension system of the frame;7.
