Current-Help consultants search for the candidates they need in every industry.-Mapping the ground of Technology, including engineer(IC design,hardware, software, PE, PM, APR, ASIC...) and HR function(staffing, training, C&B...).-Running my own case and controlling progress of the case(Computer vision, Deep Learning, Depth, Bokeh, Optics, Backend, Front-end, Kernel, Testing).*Screening our candidates and setting internal interview.*interviewing candidates and using some tools to evaluate candidate's ability(example: ECC, Scorecard).*Making candidate profile report and pass out to client.*Discussing with client and candidate, thinking about their balance to match this position.*Doing salary proposal Report to Taiwan business leader and team leader.
