As a Learning and Development (L&D) and Human Resources (HR) Executive at CoinW Exchange, I help to create a positive and engaging work environment for our employees. I design and deliver training programs, conduct quality assurance analysis and testing, and support employee engagement initiatives. I enjoy collaborating with my team and other stakeholders to achieve our organizational goals and vision.My passion for helping others started when I was a trainer at TDCX, where I received the best trainer award from my trainees' survey. I learned how to provide effective and fun learning experiences, resolve conflicts, and motivate learners. I also gained valuable skills in quality assurance analysis and testing, which I applied in my subsequent role as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Bitget. I have a Diploma of Education in Hospitality Administration/Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARC), which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to manage and develop people.
