I have defined myself using different words like entrepreneur, consultant, engineer, business owner, developer, real estate practitioner, and most recently startup co-founder.These words have special meaning to me not because of the achievements attached to them but because of the interactions and bonds I've formed with different people through them.I love seeing people grow into great leaders, I love seeing organizations bloom and become better at what they do, I love being part in the path to greatness of companies, but most of all, I love having the opportunity to mold and teach, as it is one of the things I look forward to the most, being an educator and mentor to my four children. Through these titles, I mold myself as a businessman and as a professional in the hopes that once the day comes that I am needed by my children, then I would be able to face them not only with the skills of a business practitioner, but also with the patience, kindness, and concern of an educator. Being a co-founder is especially special. As a business owner myself, I am accustomed to being the tip of the spear, to being the driving force behind a company. Being a co-founder has given me the opportunity to guide and to assist, to lead without absolute authority, and to focus my energy to being a good supporter, encourager, and guardian against possible threats. I am sure that this experience will be one of the most memorable that I will have in this lifetime and I hope to have the opportunity to do it multiple times over with as many great people as possible.
