- Helping PLN's internal parties in overcoming problems around electrical disturbances and complaints (such as correction, cleansing, changing reference marking, etc.)- Monitoring and or withdrawing data on PLN disturbances and complaints throughout Indonesia- Monitoring disturbances and complaints throughout Indonesia- Registering and or changing the personnel account of Yantek PLN officers- Perform and or mutate the APKT account user on the PLN user
