Dr. Juna is a Mom-M.D. specializing in stress management and resiliency training. She creates courses that boost resilience to decrease overwhelm while overachieving.Leveraging lifestyle medicine, neuroplasticity, and growth mindset to build resilience, her digital courses include: 1) Stress Management and Resiliency Training for parents, educators, professionals and organizations2) R.E.L.A.X. Under Pressure for teen/tween athletes, musicians, and high achievers3) Science of Resilience and Brain Boss Planning for K-12. Juna earned her M.D. at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Lifestyle Medicine. She is earning a Master’s in Education at Harvard and is certified in Stress Management and Resiliency Training for Adults and Youth by the Benson Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
