This is an operation set up in the land & property industry. Currently, JLL Estates holds land in the city centre of Leeds. We are building and constantly improving our facility with the idea of a 'Container Park' being under construction currently. We plan on developing JLL Estates going forward.

• Responsible for sales and merchandising of the Vision department • Achieving the highest weekly sales (£89,000 with over 50 KPIs during Xmas week in 2019)• Finished 3 periods in the year with the highest % in KPIs in 2019• Achieving the region's highest broadband deals throughout 2 periods• Achieving the 2nd highest weekly sales (£43,000 with over 40 KPIs during Xmas week in 2018)• Processing B2B sales through Maginus (VAT receipt).• Working as a motivated team member to achieve weekly company targets, whilst also competing with other colleagues to achieve the highest sales/KPI of the day or week.• Understanding the 'cash up' process; being responsible for daily cash ups and checks• Being responsible to lock up on a weekend, staying behind till late.
