I would like to share my brief overview on this opportunity :)I am a multilingual professional having 10+ years of enriched experience in the flexible packaging industry in both Technical Service, and Operations Management. I am fluent in German and English including Hindi as my native language.I am currently working as Service Support Manager at Windmoeller and Hoelscher Corporation in the USA. I work closely with our customers to deliver excellent after sales service and satisfied customers.I have worked as Service Project Manager in Printing & Finishing in W&H India from Feb 2019 till July 2022. My responsibilities were in the region India, Middle East, and Africa for the Service Project Management of New machine Installations, machine upkeep and claim management under warranty. I was a team leader of Service Engineers and responsible for their field service assignment planning and onsite training etc. I also took care of retrofits and service assignments. I possess good skills in resource planning and management.I started my career in W&H in July 2013 as an Electrical Service Engineer and successfully installed and commissioned various blown film and cast film extrusion lines in more than 15 countries spreading across North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. I got the opportunity to learn different cultures and work ethics in multiple counties viz., North American, European, Japanese, North Africa - West, East, South Africa, Middle East, and Asia Pacific Countries. Service engineers get an exposure to travel worldwide for Equipment installations, troubleshooting and customer training or attend service tasks in hand. They are a part of W&H’s 300 strong international service team that works worldwide.I was further promoted as Technical Consultant in Sept 2016 in the Information and Diagnostics Centre to assist customers in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, service contracts, safety norms & retrofit solutions to obsolete machine parts.
