As the head of Sun City Ventures in Bahrain, which is a part of the AYF (Abdulla Yousif Fakhro) Group, I was responsible for overseeing operations at 24 locations, which generated an estimated annual revenue of 9.8 million Bahraini Dinars. In this role, I led operations at five Vapiano restaurants that serve casual Italian cuisine across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, managed seven Gloria Jean's Coffees in Bahrain, oversaw six Zayt Zaytoon restaurants that offer premium Lebanese cuisine, managed two The Yellow Chilli restaurants that serve delicious Indian cuisine, and supervised four catering locations.

I was in charge of managing operations and ensuring brand standardization for 121 franchise stores located in four different countries, which contributed to annual revenue of approximately 17 million Bahraini Dinars. In this role, I imparted coffee training to help Costa become the preferred coffee shop chain for customers. I also ensured compliance with all manuals, the Costa Resource Centre, and training materials. To continuously improve the business, I performed Costa Check evaluations, gauged the results, and identified areas for improvement

I successfully reorganized operations to boost sales, footfall, profitability, and growth. To achieve this, I established a strong framework for the alignment of all actions and activities performed by departmental personnel, including Business Development, HR, Projects, and Accounts. I also collaborated with the real estate head to identify and select new sites, ensuring that every location met the business's high standards.Furthermore, I prepared comprehensive budgets and quarterly business plans (QBPs), taking into account revenue projections, comp sales, and cost of sales (including menu mix and cost reduction strategies).
