• Ladies and Men’s bags Procurement Specialist in Which I am doing Research and development on recent bags design, Bag accessories, embroidery and availability of stock material, sample development, price negotiation, overview the quality of bags after quality department approval, pass order to vendor and personally involve in payment process in order to maintain a good relationship with vendor.• Making decisions regarding production as per demand and supply.• Collaborate accessories with required standard as per demand of buyer.• Coordinate with buyer for accessories as per requirement.• Arranging samples for buyer approval.• Correspondence with all accessories manufacturer and supplier, • Prepares and updates report for purchase order as well as purchase requisition register of all procurement done during the month.• Coordinates with suppliers for any discrepancy between delivery order and Purchase Order or between invoice and Purchase Order.• Follow up frequently on the suppliers until the goods are delivered in good condition and later follow-up with the Finance Department for payment.• Compiles information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.• Co-ordinates and manages all documentation deliverables.• Arranges, sorts, stamps, copies, and distributes documentation packages such as Purchase Orders.
