Summary of role and responsibilities• Prepare and submit monthly reports of MCM on timely basis.• Compliances of past open observations.• To assist seniors in surprise physical stock taking of RM Store, FG Store, Atco Pharma and any department when the need arise.• Physical verification of Fixed Assets (Additions / (Disposal))• Verification of construction bills and reconciliations.• To check local purchase invoices and ensure the accuracy, control and authenticity of these invoices along-with the possession of the stock being checked with respective documents.• To check marketing bills and tour expenses and ensure the accuracy, control and authenticity of these invoices along-with the possession of the stock being checked with respective documents and check with the current market price on test basis.• To check transporters bills and ensure the accuracy with attached bilties and confirm the rates being applied for payment. • Check monthly expenses relating to stay allowance, dinner allowances, medical expenses & others for temporary and permanent employees for payment.• To check canteen bills and ensuring its accuracy with current market rates. • To check monthly selling expenses for the marketing field force. • To check monthly labor wages provided by HR department and compare it with the bills submitted by contractor.• To check FG consignments.• Before processing of bills the physical verification of Engineering related items which are performed as Work Order.• To check destruction stock as ATCO Material Destruction (MD).• Other additional tasks assigned by the management, time to time
