Independent activities includes contract administration and management as per FIDIC, procurements, project management, addressing various contractual issues, resolving arbitrations/ claims, addressing various legal aspects and financial documentation pertaining to project financing & implementation. Sufficient experience in determining appropriate legal and institutional structure for the project documentation, interpretation and analysis of FIDIC contract conditions within the Indian regulatory frameworks applied to highway and other infra-structure development projects, drafting, appearing and handling cases in the High court of Delhi and other courts. Also, independently appearing and representing various Govt. Organizations before Arbitral Tribunals in more than 100 separate contracts each having multiple disputes.
