Shop drawing preparation for all the Electrical works for high-rise buildings & villas.Load calculation and load schedule preparation.LV room, Electrical room design, Single Line Diagram preparation. Voltage drop calculation and cable selection.Submission of all the material submittals and shop drawings to the consultant for the approval.Preparation of work load and manpower schedule.Preparation of required material list in accordance with the given drawing.Material take off, Technical evaluation of material specifications from the quoted vendors, providing technical appraisal to procurement department for placing order.Factory inspection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LV switch gears.Fire Alarm, Emergency lighting system (both CBS and self-contained) installation, testing andcommissioning.LPD calculation and submitting to Green building authority.BUSBAR Installation in high-rise buildings.Coordination with vendors for the installation of low current system(CCTV, SMATV, Intercom, Fiber optics and CAT-6 cables termination, BMS and GSM system).Site supervision and Quality checking off all the work done.Co-ordination with Civil and Mechanical engineering department.Conducting inspection of all the electrical work with the inspectors.As Built drawing and load schedule preparation.Preparing and submitting all work inspection test reports (WIRs).Handing over all the electrical works with handing over documents to the client.Follow up for the projects.Attending Authority Inspection as per the project schedule, attending all Testing & Commissioning of all MEP services. Detailed individual with ability to draw drawings and updating the drawing depends on site condition.Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources as manpower, materials, consumables etc.Cable size calculation, cables scheduling and its route selection, overhead and underground.Installation of electrical control panels.Supervising the installation of Main Distribution boards (MDB’s), Sub Main Distribution Boards (SMDB’s).Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups or site.Co-ordinates with Client/Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of work.Making daily, weekly and monthly progress report and reporting to project manager.Review the project contract and BOQ.Review Electrical shop drawings & materials Submittals before submitting to a consultant forapproval.Coordinate between Electrical, FF, FA, Plumbing, HVAC.Ensuring compliance with specifications and contract drawings.Attending the project meetings with client, consultant, and main contractor.Providing technical support to the project team.Responsible for the completion of all documentation in order to proceed for handing over the project.Attending authorities’ inspection like DCD, DEWA & SEWA.Knowledge of DCD, DEWA, DM & SEWA.Overseeing the maintenance of projects after completion.
