Red Sea Global & Neom ProjectsDuties & Responsibilities:- Ensured project compliance with sustainability requirements, collaborating closely with the sustainability team.- Actively participated in and documented key insights and tasks during weekly sustainability meetings.- Coordinated with the Procurement team to define sustainability criteria for the project and facilitated the procurement of necessary LEED certificates from suppliers.- Reviewed LEED documents for procured materials, ensuring alignment with the latest LEED standards.- Identified non-compliant materials and coordinated corrective actions with the procurement team to secure LEED credits.- Conducted on-site analysis and audits, actively supporting waste elimination processes and implementation of sustainability plans.- Maintained and updated essential tracking logs, including material logs and LEED tracking sheets.- Assisted the team in monitoring the project's sustainability performance.- Ensured the project achieved the targeted level of LEED certification.- Conducted weekly inspections to monitor progress and compliance with plans, such as "Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan," "Waste Management Plan," and "Construction Indoor Air Quality Plan."- Promptly identified and reported non-conformances, taking immediate corrective actions.

- Develop and Implement the Recycling / Upcycling initiatives in partnership with the corporate sector, recycling facilities, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient waste collection, sorting, and recycling.- Monitor and analyze recycling data to assess progress toward sustainability goals and a circular economy.- Engage artisans, designers, and community groups in upcycling projects for creativity and their livelihood upliftment.- Support the government bodies in developing policies focused on environmental sustainability and circular economy.- Collaborate with NGOs, government agencies, academia, and other stakeholders to promote integrated and sustainable waste management practices.- Develop training and capacity-building programs for both formal and informal waste pickers.- Organize workshops, seminars, community events, and educational campaigns to raise awareness about recycling, upcycling, and sustainable waste management.

- Making sure to support the goals of Kyoto protocol and places great value on optimal energy efficiency for all products and technologies.- Pay close and consistent attention to protecting environment during manufacturing as well as minimizing the ecological footprints generated by our products over their life cycle.- Ensuring each activity and machinery operated to be more energy efficient in order to minimize emissions of climate critical-critical Carbon Dioxide.- Daily monitoring sound and vibration on production floors and actively taking actions to control any if exceeding.- Taking actively role in the awareness of all the staff and labors to engage each of them in the housekeeping of their own surroundings.- Ensuring to post proper signages and sign boards to keep administrative control in all the production floors.
