• Supervise and manage fire alarm system installations for power plants, ensuring adherence to international quality standards and providing technical guidance as per design.• Coordinate with Site & Project Managers, Clients, and Department Heads to ensure timely project completion.• Oversee field engineering, data management, equipment and manpower management, and subcontractor coordination.• Review contract documents, scope of work, drawings, and specifications to ensure comprehensive understanding before job execution.• Plan and execute tasks such as manpower deployment, access checks, and prefabrication of supports to align with the work schedule.• Ensure compliance with client requirements, NFPA, and international quality standards, while strictly following HSE procedures.• Attend meetings with Clients and contractors to address design, quality, and schedule issues, and follow up on minutes of meetings (MOM).• Prepare and submit progress reports and charts to the project manager, frequently evaluating progress to meet targets.• Create Bills of Materials from design drawings, and coordinate with the commercial department for timely orders, purchases, and deliveries.• Inspect delivered materials for specification compliance and quality, conducting inspections with the QC engineer and Owner's engineer.• Conduct inspections of installation works with the QC engineer and Owner's engineer.• Prepare Field Change Requests and as-built drawings for site changes.• Assist system programmers with programming fire alarm panels and network stations.• Collaborate with the Firefighting piping department on troubleshooting and pre-commissioning activities post-installation.• Conduct testing and commissioning of firefighting systems with consultants, prepare, and submit all completion and acceptance certificates for final approval.• Manage operations, shutdown works, and maintenance of the fire alarm system in the plant.
