Lahore for EPC projects.• Study of tender and identify the customer’s needs.• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site survey.• Coordinate with design department for predesign against customer’s needs.• Prepare the BOQ against the customer’s needs.• Get material rates from procurement department as well as from market (Local & International).• Send inquiries to vendors (RFQs) for the required material for bidding. Evaluate the received Quotations both technically (by verifying the required technical specifications from received quotations) and commercially (by getting material rates from procurement department as well as from competitors in the market).• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.• Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.• Prepare Costing Sheet as per Tender/Inquiry Requirements.• Prepare commercial estimation sheet as per Tender/Inquiry requirements.• Prepare technical documents (mobilization plan, execution plans, procurement plans, product documentation etc.) as per tender/Inquiry Requirements.• Prepare Budget Rev.0 against awarded project proposal.• Maintain record log of Tenders & Quotations.• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.• Preparation and logging of MOM against pre-bid meeting and site survey.• Maintain record log of proposals submitted to client.
