Led the project Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning component including;-Developed/revised project yearly M&E Plans, M&E frameworks, M&E indicators, tools, data collection plans, and analysis plans. -Performance monitoring and timely data reporting of project performance indicators on USAID and Chemonics global portals. -Finalizing weekly, quarterly, & annual progress reports.-Desk monitoring & field monitoring visits to focused districts for Data Quality Assurance (DQA) and validation.-Preparation and presentation of policy and strategic briefs based on regular analysis of data (qualitative & quantitative) to the Federal and provincial stakeholders.-Conducted trainings for the stakeholders on the use of data and M&E.-Data analytics based on the management information systems of Family Planning (FP), MNCH, immunization, and infectious diseases and developing graphs through Power BI and Excel as needed.-Supported knowledge management, arching and close-out of the project.Supported Technical Leads in all project activities related to FP, MNCH, immunization and infectious diseases supply chain, and service delivery and emergency response component covering COVID-19 and flood relief and response activities including:-Coordination with donors, partners, public and private sector stakeholders for implementation of project activities.-Development of manuals and publications.-Implementation of the Electronic Client Record for FP in Sindh.-Advocacy for contraceptive financing and local production in the Country Engagement Working Groups and other high-level meetings.-Forecasting, procurement, warehousing, and distribution of FP.-Implementation of Pakistan Infectious Diseases Management Information System at the Common Management Unit of AIDs, TB, & Malaria at Islamabad and in the pilot districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh and Balochistan.-Trainings for Community Health Workers and Health Service Providers in Sukkur for improving health service delivery.
