Using AI to develop software applications, primarily using Swift/SwiftUI for iOS and incorporating AI into my products. Currently 3 apps launched, 4th is coming soon.

Part of one of four teams of two that compose the Center's mobile education wing. Live out of a Subaru with coworker, camping 101 nights in the last six months while generating content for the Center's social media outlets, including videos, Instagram, Facebook, and written blog posts. Drive 20,000 miles and counting to lead events, workshops, trainings, and presentations about Leave No Trace for anywhere from 5-150 people. Write reports, maintain email and phone correspondence with Center and event hosts, organize travel plans, edit photos and videos including animation, create lesson plans and activities.

I was on the opening team of the 3rd restaurant of the group. We specialized in authentic traditional Italian cuisine, fine dining quality and standards of service, and a casual, friendly atmosphere. I was responsible for initial staff training, scheduling, floor management, facilities maintenance and repair, organization of resources, and a wide variety of other tasks.

I led 2-3 weeks tours around the most iconic destination in the desert southwest and mountain west. I was responsible for transportation, maintaining the itinerary, meal planning and preparation, regional/geological/cultural interpretation, leading hikes and other activities, guest safety, reporting, budgeting, arranging special excursions, vehicle maintenance and repairs, providing top notch vacation experiences for discerning clientele.

I assisted in the renovation of the restaurant prior to opening including construction, painting, lighting, plumbing, etc. I was took charge of staff training and scheduling, initial restaurant setup, floor management, menu design, general HR duties, advertising, etc.

HR - process applications and résumés, conduct screening interviews, process new hire/status change/payroll/etc. paperwork, direct incoming calls, process mail, answer personnel questions, and the list goes on.Server - in banquets and restaurant - event setup and breakdown, orders, serving and clearing, delivering 5 star 5 diamond level service.
