Junior Manager 2 - Tendering Engineer- Services
Current• Prepare and submit techno-commercial tenders for new pump packages and retrofit pump solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and company commercial guidelines, while supporting the front-end sales team in addressing customer inquiries.• Selection of Pumps for new requirement, re-rating to meet new duty parameters, ensuring compliance with the latest API 610 standards for OH, BB, and VS pump types. • Prepare technical proposal including deviations and clarifications for project specifications and applicable API standards, including API 610, for both project and non-project inquiries related to pumps used in chemicals, boiler feed water and oil and gas applications.• Prepare technical specifications for equipment such as mechanical seals, couplings, motors, valves, lube oil systems, and other instruments. Review technical bid analyses of these equipment from vendors.• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Operations to develop cost-effective, competitive solutions that align with the company’s financial objectives. Attend pre-bid meetings to support the front-end sales team and ensure customer requirements are met.• Follow up on outstanding tenders, conduct lost bid analysis, and collaborate with Sales teams to optimize proposals and increase conversion rates.• Prepare Order Handover documents and coordinate with stakeholders, such as ORE and the Project Management team, to ensure a smooth and efficient tender/order handover.
