• Feasibility analysis for CKD part localization through random duties, other variables, financing cost and competitive cost comparison.• Responsible for provide information to management for all future cost impact and making necessary provision of Local vendors’ part on monthly basis.• Supervise the pricing, commercial decision and issues relating to Local Parts• Playing an active role in participation of price negotiation meeting and getting approvals from management• Involve in securing significant savings through localization, cost optimization, developing and identifying new sources and effective price negotiation.• Coordinating with Korean suppliers for arrangement of technical data/drawings and sub-components pricing for local parts development activities• Entering into long-term legal contracts with suppliers and contract management.

• Supervise the pricing and issues relating of Car, SUV and Commercial vehicles’ Local Parts, Direct Consumeables and In-house press material.• Review price revision requests and negotiate with local / foreign suppliers for cost optimization.• Study to review current pricing structure for local parts and established standard cost factor for bench marking• Effective monitoring and control of local parts cost and timely preparation of relevant MIS for Finance product costing.• Calculate projected cost impact of local parts for development of finance quarterly projection.• Preparation of annual local part budget taking account into forex parities, material price inflation, change in levy of new duties/ taxes, localization of CKD parts, cost Kaizen etc.>>COMMERCIAL PROCUREMENT :• Responsible to monitor and ensure that Purchase Requisitions (Import & Local) and processed for delivery within Standard Time. • Supervise the pricing /commercial decision / issues to fulfill day to day Plant and Staff requirement.• Purchase cost reductions through improvement in procurement process of discovering, prioritizing, improving, and re-evaluating various sourcing activities.
