- Implement an effective and efficient logistics and planning strategy. 2. Financial:
- Ensure costs are minimised through effective and efficient planning/scheduling of orders 3. SHEQ:
- Ensure that all Incidents/CAR's relevant to the Logistics and Planning Department is reported, investigated and learnings disseminated
- Ensure compliance to OHS Act and other industry applicable legislation
- Ensure competent staff in place in terms of legal requirements
