Key Responsibilities are:• Part of executive committee in decision making of important financial/operational matters of the company.• Reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing various activity reports and financial forecasting for the Group. • Recommend annual budget for Sales, Gross Profit, Over heads and Payroll for the group.• Liaison with banks (Local and International) and financial institutions for Export/Import LC/DA/DP Docs executions.• Cash Flow Management, including placement of surplus funds, liaison with local and international banks for required credit lines for the business.• Lead and present financial analysis and results.• Actively involved in reviewing accounts payable cycle, control aging and ensure fullest compliance for payment with all kind of contractual payments and bank financings;• Directly dealing with international customers for receivables/payment terms and in other customer support operations. • Monitoring cash inflow and outflow over the period.• Make a forecast of future demand of the fund and take initiative to manage this fund timely.• Part of executive committee in decision making of important financial/operational matters of the company.• Liaison with Sales/Logistics/Supply chain department in shipment planning and execution.• Review internal controls and recommend enhancements.• Liaison with Internal and External Auditors for Pakistan and UAE entities.• Liaison with Supply Chain department in planning for tolling products.

• Compliances of Hotel Policy and Procedures in areas of Control.• Monitor, review and submission of accurate and reliable monthly Revenue / AR management accounts’ segment comprising MIS reports on Aging, DSO, Exposure Analysis / Commentary, Variance from forecasts and budgets, BRM and overall KPI’s to the Senior Management and any noteworthy development to aid in their decision making;• Credit Control, review of Receivable Trial, evaluation of customers, and recommendation of Credit limit.• Based on analysis recommended management for the approval/rejection of credit limit proposals / agreement, using quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine applicant’s creditworthiness, credit exposure and risks• Monitored, reviewed and submitted accurate and reliable monthly Revenue / AR management accounts’ segment comprising MIS reports on Aging, DSO, Exposure Analysis / Commentary, Variance from forecasts and budgets, BRM and overall KPI’s to the Senior Management and any noteworthy development to aid in their decision making;

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly & annual accounts along with retained earnings summary of all departments to the management for true & fair presentation of Consolidate Financial Statement of Hashwani Hotels Limited• Preparation and finalization of Annual Financial Statement of the Hotel.• Responsible for the Supervision of timely reporting of Income Tax (Deduction at source), Sales Tax as well as Preparation and e-filling of employees & Suppliers Quarterly and annual Income Tax Returns.• Preparation of weekly, monthly, Annual Cash Flow statement as per the requirement of VP's & DED's of Hashwani Hotels Limited .• Budgeting and forecasting with periodical controls, variance analysis, management reporting and ensuring compliance• Verification/Approval of Payment Vouchers & petty cash vouchers• Preparing Books of Accounts (Cash Book, General Ledger, Trial Balance and Financial Statement)• Review & reconcile the Bank & revalued the Foreign currency bank accounts
