- Creating of products based on TOBs for one particular policy- Create New or Amendment in Groups and Individual Policies- Additions & Deletions of Members- Generate Health Cards using ID Soft Software- Create Endorsements for Credit or Debit Note- Preparation of Invoices to be send to the payer on monthly basis- Reconciliation of Invoice Files and Reports- Answering Internal and External Queries- Expertise on Claims and Auth Reports- Preparation of Technical Reports for the Payers- Internal Monthly Management Report- Work with team for the success of Wellness Day for the clients
